Cool Duck Coffee Shipping Policy 

All orders are processed within 24 hours 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are subject to change and delivery delays may occur. Cool Duck Coffee pairs no responsibility of shipping providers such as delays and charges after the sale is complete. 

We will do our best to accommodate shipping to P.O Boxes 

Shipping confirmation and order tracking will be sent once the order is confirmed within 24 hours. 

Cool Duck Coffee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier with proof of damaged goods and materials we strongly encourage you to keep all packages and materials until the claim is filed and processed. 

We are not accepting international orders at this time. 

We are happy to accept returns, the return shipping cost is on the buyer, and the process will take up to a week.
